https://github.com/jugyo/rails-sh を使うとrakeコマンド実行やrails g XXXが高速に実行できて捗る．
インストール
$ gem i rails-sh
実行
$ rails-sh
rails-sh(qiita)> rake routes
rails-sh(qiita)> rails g migration xxxx
実行してみれば早さがわかると思います．
