PHPで楽天APIを利用するときにWSDLを読み込むのですが
「SoapFault: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL」
とかいうエラーが出てしまう場合。
php.ini
;extension=php_openssl.dll
のコメントアウトを外すだけで解決。
