GitHub の画面からタグ削除できないが、コマンドからは削除できます。
: を refs 前に付くことで、タグを削除できる、ちょっとややこしい。。。
リモートタグ削除
git push origin :refs/tags/v1.0.0
リモートタグ追加
git push origin refs/tags/v1.0.0
