grep芸だけでできた。
あるテキストファイル a.txt と b.txt について、同じ要素の行だけ抽出したいなら以下の通りにすれば良い。
$ grep -x -f {a, b}.txt
個数（行数）を知りたいならば
$ grep -c -x -f {a, b}.txt
More than 5 years have passed since last update.
