Xcode11で、Distribute時のRubyのエラー：ipatool JSON: (null)

ipatool JSON: (null)

XcodeでアドホックまたはエンタープライズでDistributeをしようとしたら、以下のようなエラーが出てディストリビューションアシスタントがエラーをはいた。

解決方法

Rubyのバージョンが問題らしい
システムのRubyを使用するように変更

rvm use system

↑を実行したら、Xcodeを再起動すると治る。
