gitを使う前はいつもpullをしましょう
$ git pull
ファイルの修正が終わったら、addをします。
$ git add .
$ git add test.php
addしたのをcommit
$ git commit -m "コメント"
リモートリポジトリにpush
$ git push
commitの確認
commitのlogを確認
$ git log
