Lambdaトリガー「Kinesis」にある再試行(Retry attempts) パラメタ が「-1」の場合どういう挙動をするか

内容

Lambda関数のトリガーの1つに「Kinesis」がある.

「Kinesis」を選択した場合, 関数がエラーを返すときに再試行する最大回数を指定する "再試行(Retry attempts) パラメタ" を指定することが出来る.

このパラメタを明示的に設定しない場合,「-1」が設定される.

「-1」が設定された際の挙動が知りたい.

結論

レコードの期限が切れるまで無限回再試行される.

(Streams only) Discard records after the specified number of retries. The default value is infinite (-1). When set to infinite (-1), failed records are retried until the record expires.
