AirPods ProがWindowsパソコンと接続できない問題を解決する方法

環境

Winows 11 Home、AirPods Pro(2019年モデル)

問題

AirPodsをWindowsパソコンとペアリングし接続しようとすると３秒ほどで接続が切れてしまい、音声を再生することができない。

解決法

  1. デバイスマネージャーを開く。
  2. Bluetoothのプルダウンメニューを選択。
  3. 「AirPods Pro」及び「AirPods Pro Avrcp トランスポート」をそれぞれ右クリックし、デバイスのアンインストールを選択する。
  4. コンピュータを再起動する。
