正規分布からの乱数発生のためのアルゴリズムに利用されるBox-Muller変換に関する問題．
(U_1,U_2)\rightarrow (r,\theta)\rightarrow (X,Y)
の順に変数変換を行う．極座標変換やヤコビアンの計算の練習にもなる良問．
