こちらからApple Silicornのffmpegをダウンロードする
zipを解凍したら、
sudo mv ffmpeg /usr/local/bin/ffmpeg
フォルダで、/usr/local/bin/に移動して、
ffmpegをダブルクリックして、ハイを押して起動すれば使える。
brewで入れてソフトエンコードをしたときはspeed=0.4だったものが、1.19になった。
