管理者権限がないwindowsアカウントでUS配列のキーボードを使う方法（win10）

同じような記事がいくつもあるが、完全に対応しているものはないので。

手順

レジストリ HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Keyboard Layout\Substitutes （代替キーボードレイアウト）で、エントリ "00000411" (REG_SZ 文字列) を作り、値 "00000409" を設定して再起動する。

結論

管理者権限はほしい
