社内開発の悪い点

これまで実感した点をまとめる。

組織・体制

  • 「内製すること」が目的になる
    • 社外で開発したほうが良い案件まで手を出してしまう
  • 要件定義が曖昧になる
    • システム完成後に、ユーザーが何をしたいかどう運用したいかを考え出す
      • 自分が一番の問題と感じている点である
    • 「前（以前あった類似案件）と同じで」という要件が出がち

コスト

  • 保守コストが慢性的に増加する
    • 案件をこなせばこなすほど、保守対象が増える
  • 労務費
    • 案件がない時期でも発生する
    • 新人、新任の教育が必要
  • プロジェクト全体の投資効果が見えにくい

意識

  • 身内だから、という甘えがお互いに発生する
