Dockerが初心者過ぎて・・・

Dockerでupする
コンテナの中に入る！！！←この概念がなかった！！！
現在Docker上でLaravelの構築をしているのですが、何もわかっておらず
コンテナに入らず
php artisan make:migration create_posts_table --create=posts
↓
エラー
の繰り返しでした。
助かりました。今日の発見。
