fstabの6番目のオプション(最後のオプションのこと)が1だとブート時にファイルシステムのチェックが入る。
ブート時には/dev/drbd0がないのでエラーになって途中で止まる。
/etc/fstab
# 最後のオプションは0
/dev/drbd0 /srv ext4 noauto 0 0
/etc/rc2.d/S19drbd, /etc/rc2.d/S20cron
であるため以下でよい。
crontab -e
@reboot mount /srv
