migrationのリセットで手間取ったので

__init__.pyは残す（消してしまった場合は空いいので作る)
__pycache__ディレクトリは消す

その後

//現在の状況把握
python manage.py showmigrations
//リセット
python manage.py migrate --fake application_name zero

//いつもの
python manage.py makemigrations
python manage.py migrate
