ECSで新しいタスク定義をデプロイしたときに、デフォルトだと新旧のタスクが３０秒共存した後に、旧タスクが落ちる。
以下の設定で旧タスクが落ちる時間を調整できる。
[タスクのターゲットグループ] -> Group details -> Attributes ->
Deregistration delay
ダウンタイムなしでスパッと切り替えてくれたら嬉しいけど、ECSでは無理かな。
