Ubuntu19.04のapt-get updateで「File has unexpected size」が出る場合はrepositoryのurlを変更する

エラー現象

E: http://jp.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/eoan/restricted/binary-amd64/Packages.xz の取得に失敗しました  File has unexpected size (14384 != 14788). Mirror sync in progress? [IP: 160.26.2.187 80]

解決策

http://jp.archiveをhttp://repos.archiveへ変更する
これでうまくいく
