Apple Developer Agreement を Submit したら We are unable to process your request. になった時の話

xcodeをインストールしようとしたらエラーが出た

xcodes install 12.4

 Received 403: Unauthorized. This can happen when either:
 1. Apple Developer Terms and Conditions were not accepted at https://developer.apple.com/
 2. Apple ID authorization was revoked for some other reason

https://developer.apple.com/ でログイン後、規約変更の承認画面（Apple Developer Agreement）が表示された
一通り眺めてSubmitしたら「We are unable to process your request.」が表示されて進めない

ググるも同じエラーで困ってますみたいな記事しかヒットしない

...

結論、使っているMacが Apple ID のデバイス認識されていなかった、、
Mac買い替えたんだった、、デバイス認識後問題なくSubmitできた

たまにあるけれど、「エラーが起きた」ことしかわからないメッセージ、ほんと困る
入力フォームのバリデーションで何がいけないのかわからないと困る、、
自分が何か実装する時には、こういうユーザの体験を思い出しながらやっていこう
