WARNING: VG datastore is missing PV と言われたら

apt upgrade 時などに以下のエラーが出るようになった。datastore は私の環境の VG 名。

WARNING: Couldn't find device with uuid HDX23A-oxyB-XkEt-91fs-mDRO-POuX-tnpVG9.
WARNING: VG datastore is missing PV HDX23A-oxyB-XkEt-91fs-mDRO-POuX-tnpVG9 (last written to /dev/sda1).

以前ディスクを引っこ抜いて volume group から pv を削除し忘れたらしい。sudo vgreduce --removemissing --force で見つからない PV をすべて削除できる。

$ sudo vgreduce --removemissing datastore --force

  Logical volume "02" successfully removed
  Wrote out consistent volume group datastore.
