バッチ処理、データ移行やデータリカバリを行う際に、Plugin/Workflowのロジックを起動させたくない場合がよくあると思います。

ただし、非同期のPluginやWorkflowをバイパスすることができません。
csv/Excelでのデータインポート時も利用できません。
