reloadSections(_:with:)

tableView.reloadSections(NSIndexSet(index: cell.section), withRowAnimation: .None)

ヘッダー以外をロードしたい場合

tableView.reloadRows(at: tableView.indexPathsForVisibleRows!, with: .none)
