【Kotlin】BottomNavigationViewの上(top)のスペースを削除する方法

対応策

activity_main_menu.xmlをコードで描画し、
android:paddingTop="?attr/actionBarSize"を削除する

下記が変更前です。

<androidx.constraintlayout.widget.ConstraintLayout xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
    xmlns:app="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res-auto"
    android:id="@+id/container"
    android:layout_width="match_parent"
    android:layout_height="match_parent"
    android:paddingTop="?attr/actionBarSize">

下記が変更後です。
