③アプリをダウンロード
④ダウンロードファイルをクリックして実行
⑤インストールを開始するには鯨マークをフォルダへドラッグ&ドロップ
⑥おわったら、ターミナルで「docker run hello-world」を入力し、[Hello from Docker!]とでればインストール完成です。
