GIFを元にping-pongループしたGIFを作りたいタイミングがあり、いろいろ調べてみたのですがすぐには分からずちょっと複雑だったので、メモとして残します。
$ convert input.gif -coalesce -duplicate 1,-2-1 -quiet -layers OptimizePlus -loop 0 output.gif
