自分のアプリでプロパティがnilのものだけを取得する必要があったので書き残します。
let realm = try! Realm()
let results = realm.objects(hogeModel.self).filter("スキーマ名 = nil")
こんな感じにしてあげればnilのものだけ取得できます。
