Windows10でのスクリーンショットの取り方は3種類存在する。
指定範囲、アクティブウィンドウ、画面全体の3種。
指定範囲のスクリーンショットはWindows10で実装されたようです。

指定範囲のスクリーンショット

「Windows」+ 「Shift」+「S」キーで、範囲指定モードに切り替わるので、切り取りたい範囲をドラッグで囲うとクリップボードに保存される。

アクティブウィンドウのスクリーンショット

「Alt」+「PrintScreen（PrtScn）キー」

画面全体のスクリーンショット

「PrintScreen（PrtScn）キー」
