d3.js で対数グラフを書きたいときは、d3.scale.log() を使う。このとき対数の底は 10 である。
この底を変更したい場合は 3.1.0 から導入された #base(n) を使う。たとえば、底 2 のグラフを書きたい場合は以下になる。
d3.scale.log().base(2)
