Ruby製のWebサーバーであるFalconでログの出力形式を変更する方法をメモしておきます。
Falconはserveで使うとターミナルにテキスト形式のログを出力しますが、デプロイ時のhostモードでは動作環境によってはJSON形式になるようです。この出力形式を明示的に設定するにはCONSOLE_OUTPUT環境変数を指定します。
例えばテキスト形式にするには以下の通りです
CONSOLE_OUTPUT=Text
