Heroku へデプロイをした後、URLにアクセスしたら以下のエラーが発生しました。

#原因

様々な原因があるようですが、今回はデータベースの反映がされていなかったことでした。

#解決策

heroku run rake db:migrate

Heroku でのデータベースを起動することで解決。無事に画面が表示できました。
