やはり株発行数の10%以下

ビジネスモデルにもよるが、
エンジニアなどの従業員によって会社の勢いが変わるようであればストックオプションはあげても大丈夫。
ただそこでの配布数を資本政策で要検討

早い段階で外部の株主に株式を渡しすぎるケース

=>調達する必要がある資金量に対して、企業価値評価が低すぎる

企業価値を資本金の倍率で考えるのは時代遅れ！！
「未来の」数字で見てもらう必要がある
