OS Xでいつの間にかEmacsが暴走してて困る

こまった。Macを起動したらEmacsがCPU 100%で回って発熱してアレ。

ちなみにEmacsはbrew install emacs --with-cocoa --with-d-bug --with-gnu-tls --with-imagemagick --with-librsvg --with-mailutilsで入れたやつ。

% launchctl list | grep emacs
-   1   homebrew.mxcl.emacs
% launchctl remove homebrew.mxcl.emacs
% launchctl list | grep emacs

なんかファイルもあった。

% ls -l ~/Library/LaunchAgents | grep emacs
lrwxr-xr-x 1 megurine staff  46 11  3  2014 homebrew.mxcl.emacs.plist -> /usr/local/opt/emacs/homebrew.mxcl.emacs.plist
% rm ~/Library/LaunchAgents/homebrew.mxcl.emacs.plist

これで再起動して、Emacsのせいで発熱することはなくなりました。

そういや、brew info emacsの出力にはこんなことが書いてある。

==> Caveats
A command line wrapper for the cocoa app was installed to:
  /usr/local/Cellar/emacs/24.5/bin/emacs

To have launchd start emacs at login:
  ln -sfv /usr/local/opt/emacs/*.plist ~/Library/LaunchAgents
Then to load emacs now:
  launchctl load ~/Library/LaunchAgents/homebrew.mxcl.emacs.plist
.app bundles were installed.
Run `brew linkapps emacs` to symlink these to /Applications.

Z Shellのコマンド履歴を見ると、たしかに自分で launchctl load ~/Library/LaunchAgents/homebrew.mxcl.emacs.plist を実行した形跡があった…
