##PostgreSQLとは

PostgreSQLはオーペンソースのリレーショナルデータベー管理スシステム（RDBMS）です。Linux、MacOSといったUnix系OSはもちろんのこと、windowsにも対応しています。

###PostgreSQLをインストールする

#最新のバージョンのインストール
brew install postgresql

#バージョン指定のインストール
brew install postgresql@13

###バージョンの確認

# or postgresql --version
psql -V

###dbの初期化

initdb /usr/local/var/postgres --encoding=UTF-8 --locale=ja_JP.UTF-8

###サーバー起動

pg_ctl -D /usr/local/var/postgres start
