【Windows】プロキシ設定が正常に反映されないときの対処法

はじめに

Windows 10の「設定」アプリでプロキシを設定しても，一部のアプリケーションでは正しく反映されないことがある．
そこで，コマンドプロンプトによる操作で，対処する．

操作

  1. 通常通り，「設定」アプリからプロキシの設定．
  2. 管理者権限でコマンドプロンプトを開き，以下のコマンドを実行．
proxy.bat
netsh winhttp import proxy source=ie

コマンドについてはバッチファイル化して，デスクトップなりに置いておくと便利．
