Opencv4.0をubuntu18.04にインストールするまで

以下を参考にしました

シェルスクリプトを一部、以下のように変更しました。
具体的には
cmake \
の後の3行目
-DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX

-DOPENCV_GENERATE_PKGCONFIG
のパラメータを変更しました。
CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIXはopencvをインストールフォルダを指定。
-DOPENCV_GENERATE_PKGCONFIGはpkg-configを使うかどうか(.pcファイルを生成するかどうか)
