検索ボックスで、https://mstdn.syui.cf/@syuiみたいに検索すると、更新される。
ユーザーを検索すると、avatarのurlが変更されてるかチェック、変更されてたらインスタンスのメディアサーバーにダウンロード、avatarを更新する処理がsidekiqで走るぽい？
