作成兼権限付与

GRANT ALL ON データベース.* TO 'ユーザー名'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY 'パスワード';
FLUSH PRIVILEGES;

削除

DROP USER 'ユーザー名'@'%';

表示

SELECT User, Host FROM mysql.user;
