Rで、同じidに連番をふっていく方法（idが変わったら番号を1から振り直す方法）がわからず困っています。。

エクセルでのやり方はわかるのですが、データが膨大なため、途中でエクセルがクラッシュしてしまい、Rで挑戦しております。
