Outlook 2016 設定離開不要刪除垃圾桶

有時候我們希望離開 Outlook 2016 時候, 可以保留垃圾桶的信件不要自動刪除, 這時候可以取消自動刪除的功能

Gmail 同步信件將 1,000 封 調整為 10,000 封，搜尋資料量才夠用

如果我們使用 IMAP 方式同步 Gmail 郵件, 有時候預設是 1,000 封信, 這時候對我們想要使用搜尋郵件就極為不方便, 畢竟 1k 的信件內容實在可以涵蓋的範圍太有限了, 建議可以調整為 10k 的數量, 這樣比較方便搜尋

如果勾選 不要限制 IMAP 資料夾的郵件數量(預設) 可能導致太多的信件把您的行動裝置記憶體內容塞爆
