CPLEX Optimization Studio(COS)のIDEを英語で起動したい場合は、コマンドプロンプトで以下のようにoplide.exeを -nl en_USで起動します。
英語インターフェース起動
"C:\Program Files\IBM\ILOG\CPLEX_Studio221\opl\oplide\oplide.exe" -nl en_US
以下のように英語インタフェースでCOSのIDEが起動します。
