仕事で使う必要があったのでメモ．．．。
ターミナルで次のコマンドを実行
zip -e 圧縮ファイル名.zip ファイル名
コマンド実行時にパスワード入力と確認入力を求められるので
パスワードを入力する。
ファインダーからターミナルに作業対象のディレクトリをドラッグすると
そのディレクトリでターミナルが開く。

zip -er 圧縮ファイル名.zip ディレクトリ名
