Ubuntu18.04LTSにvim（+clipboard，+clientserver）をソースからインストールする手順

モチベーション

Ubuntu の vim からクリップボードへコピーを使いたかったため．
vimtex でバックグラウンドでコンパイルをさせるためには vim の clientserver が有効になっている必要があるため（ vimtex の wiki 参照）．

手順

$ cd vim
$ make distclean
$ rm src/auto/config.cache
$ sudo apt install \
