PID file creation will be removed in Sidekiq 6.0 に対応する

はじめに

sidekiq起動時のlogに以下が表示されるようになったので対応をする

WARNING: Logfile redirection will be removed in Sidekiq 6.0, see #4045. Sidekiq will only log to STDOUT

結論

sidekiqのprocess管理をsystemdにする（systemctl を使用する）
