興味関心のままにTTSを比較してみました。

AWS Polly

Azure Bing Speech API

macOS 10.12 say command

Polly >> say >> Azure のように感じました。

HOYAのVoiceTextを掲載しようと思いましたが、2次利用禁止でした。
同じテキストを再生させたところ、Pollyなみの品質でした。
