MACでWindowsみたいにスクリーンロックする方法

以下の2ステップで実施出来るようになります。

[Step.1] MACの設定を変更する

システム環境設定を開く。

セキュリティとプライバシーを開く。

以下の設定を行う。

[Step.2] ショートカットキーを入力する

Ctrl + Shift + 電源ボタンを押すと、WindowsのWinキー + Lと同様の動きになる。
