anaconda での setuptools見つからないエラーを解消する

Anaconda(conda env) で `pip install` したときにエラーが出る

$ pip install --upgrade google-cloud-bigquery

とすると、以下のようになる

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/Applications/anaconda/envs/data_science3.6/lib/python3.6/site-packages/setuptools-27.2.0-py3.6.egg'

実際にファイルはなかった。

調べると以下がでてきた。

setuptoolsを再インストールすればなおるよ。とあったので以下を試したところうまく行った

conda install -c anaconda setuptools=27.2.0
