以下の手順で直りました。

1. Open Registry Editor (regedit.exe).
2. Navigate to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem
3. Set LongPathsEnabled to 1.
