Go言語のテストにおいては、Go1.10から結果がキャッシュされるようになってしまいます。
キャッシュを利用せずにテストを行うには以下のオプションを付与する必要があります。
-count=1
また、キャッシュを削除するには以下のコマンドが必要です。
go clean -testcache
