[Hyper-V] 仮想マシン再起動時に 「'<仮想マシン名>' は初期化できませんでした。」で起動に失敗する

以下の KB に書いてある回避策をそのまま実施しても回避できなかったので、備忘録代わり。

KBのページ通り、以下のコマンドを実行したが問題は回避できなかった。

icacls "D:\Hyper-V\TestVM\Virtual Machines\3C3C1FD5-CA9B-4E74-8859-C4C3DB443348" /grant "CREATOR OWNER":(OI)(CI)(F)

実際に回避できたコマンドが以下の通り。

icacls "D:\Hyper-V\TestVM\Virtual Machines\3C3C1FD5-CA9B-4E74-8859-C4C3DB443348" /grant "Authenticated Users":(OI)(CI)(F)

権限を与えるグループを "Authenticated Users" に変えました。
