SharePointOnline をSharePointDesignerで開くには、SP1の適用が必須

SharePointOnlineのサイトのデザインを
カスタマイズするために、
SharePointDesignerをインストールしたが、

サイトに接続できない（権限が無いと言われる）。

ググったところ、SharePointDesignerの最新版である2013には
SP1が存在するらしい。

ただGoogle上位には無印のSharePointDesigner2013がヒットするので、SP1にたどり着くことが難しい。
