指定リポジトリをクローン時に Failed connect to BitBucket.org:443 エラーが出た
調べたところ下記で解決（※Googleログインでアトラシアンにログイン後）
ツール -> オプション -> ネットワークで
Git/Mercurialにプロキシサーバー設定を追加にチェックを入れる。
↓
cloneできた。
